All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 999bid are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general provisions apply.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal request including bonus-derived funds will be approved. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their opt-in, except where the modification is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

All bets placed on the 999bid Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits that are displayed within each game or market at the time of play. Bets placed outside these limits will be rejected by the system. 999bid reserves the right to set individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disruption, network error, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 999bid reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes to the Player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 999bid accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the Platform — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, IPL organising committee, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 999bid's decision as to the correct settlement is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

A bet may be declared void by 999bid where: the event is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours; the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; the bet was accepted after the event had already commenced; or any other condition specified within the relevant market's rules is met. Voided bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause periods of unavailability. 999bid accepts no liability for losses — including gambling losses — arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bid's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will 999bid be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages of any kind.

Games and betting markets offered on the 999bid Platform are provided by independent third-party software suppliers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. 999bid does not warrant the suitability, accuracy, or continuous availability of any third-party content and accepts no liability for losses arising from errors, malfunctions, or discontinuations of third-party game content.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and provided that no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance. Bonus balances remaining at the time of voluntary account closure are forfeited.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by 999bid or by the Player — your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal course and the outcome credited or debited accordingly, unless the closure was triggered by a determination of fraud or Terms breach, in which case 999bid reserves the right to void pending bets at its sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bid Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999bid Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified by 999bid's offshore gaming licence authority.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their country or region of residence and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the 999bid Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. 999bid makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
